All appointments require at least one day’s notice due to my busy schedule.
A non-refundable confirmation fee is required to secure your booking:
This amount will be deducted from the total price of your session.
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the non-refundable confirmation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment for future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion.
If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the confirmation fee will not be refunded.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (cash, debit or credit card).
Prices are non-negotiable.
For Waxing: Please arrive with clean skin (no lotions, oils, or fake tan). Hair must be at least 6mm long for best results.
For Massage: Please arrive clean and ready for your session or you can take a shower here without any problem.
For Facials & Treatments: Avoid heavy makeup before your appointment and inform me of any skin allergies or medical conditions.
For Lash Services: Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If you have existing lash extensions done elsewhere, a removal may be required before a new set.
I provide aftercare instructions to help maintain your results.
Results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
I maintain a professional and respectful environment—any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
